Keeping your heating and cooling systems properly maintained, will not only save money on energy, but will also extend its lifespan, saving money on costly early replacement or repairs. While some maintenance can be done yourself, it's best to call Denton Heat and Air to perform routine cleaning and maintenance to make sure potential problem areas aren't overlooked. Some of our cleaning and maintenance services include:


  • Inspect and clean evaporator and condenser coils
  • Inspect and lubricate fan motors
  • Replace all belts
  • Check system for proper refrigerant charge
  • Check the functionality of the thermostat, ensure that the system provides accurate heating and cooling temperatures
  • Conduct an inspection of the gas furnace
  •  Inspect outdoor wiring and ensure that it is properly protected and insulated 
  • Check the unit’s fan blade for any outdoor obstruction or damage 
  • Check the system controls on start-up and shut down for any issues

Perform your own routine HVAC maintenance by following the checklist below:
